How long does delivery take?

Cards and photo prints ship via USPS in 5–7 business days. Flower bouquets are hand-delivered by a local florist, usually same-day or next-day.

Who orders and pays?

You do — the family member or friend on the outside. Your loved one just receives. Nothing is ever marketed to or billed to an incarcerated person.

Can I send to a correctional facility?

Our cards and photo prints are designed to be mail-friendly, but every facility has its own mail rules. We recommend checking the facility's current mail policy before ordering.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tell us and we'll make it right — reprint, resend, or refund. Email firstflightmedia007@gmail.com and a real person (family-run, that's us) will handle it.
